Stan Watson, CEO and Founder of Barlowtrans LLC
From the time I was a boy, I was always intrigued by trucking. At the strong advice of my father, I attended college and graduated in 1988 with a B.S. In Accounting from Missouri State University. After a few years of working for the government, banking, and a CPA firm I started my own company. Within a few short years, I fulfilled my dream of owning a trucking company and have been in business, in one form or another, for the past 25 years.
In 2021, my daughter joined the company as the Chief Operations Officer and allowed me more time to do what I truly love the most. DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When not in the office, you are likely to run into Stan driving and visiting with our customers and fellow drivers.
Emma Watson – Chief Operations Officer and co-owner of BarlowTrans LLC
Hello, my name is Emma Watson and I am a co-owner of BarlowTrans LLC with my father, Stan Watson. I graduated from the University of Missouri (MIZ!!) with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, where I then moved to Taiwan to teach Kindergarten. After being away from my loved ones, I moved back to my hometown of West Plains, Missouri to start working full time in my family business. When I am not at work, you can find me on the golf course with my boyfriend, Joey, or playing with my Labradoodle, Binny. I have worked in the trucking industry for over six years and have always felt I would one day be working with my father in some capacity. In January of 2022, my father and I became business partners in BarlowTrans LLC where I now oversee daily operations. I love the relationships I have grown over the past several years with my drivers and our customers. I have the pleasure of working with some of the most loyal, genuine, and hard-working individuals who treat everyone with the utmost respect.
Taylor Knoche – Dispatcher for BarlowTrans LLC
I have been working as a dispatcher for Barlowtrans LLC starting in Fall of 2021. I live with my boyfriend, Cole, and my goldendoodle, Maverick. We love going to the lake and spending time at the river together. My college degree is in nursing, but soon realized after working in the healthcare profession that I needed to do something different. I decided to move back to my hometown and joined Barlowtrans again, as I worked here part time during my years in college. I love working with people and doing detail oriented work, which is essentially most of my job! I love the fast paced environment that I work in and speaking with drivers personally every day.
Barlowtrans can be set apart from other trucking companies because it is owned by two of the kindest, hardest working people you will ever meet. Stan and Emma have a passion for this business that is inspiring and motivational. We pride ourselves in getting to know our drivers on a personal level and we love to get to talk to you all every day! Brett Rumple – Dispatcher for BarlowTrans LLC
Hello! My name is Brett and I am married to my soulmate and we have one child, six cats, two dogs and two rabbits. My son is my heart and my absolute everything. I have a master’s degree in Social Work and worked in the field for over 10 years. I then changed the course of my life with my husband and began working in the Physical Training field and also had the opportunity to begin working in the trucking industry. Since then, I have been working as a dispatcher with Barlow Transportation. My broad history with varying professions has equipped me with the tools to be the best that I can be for my company. I’ve lived many, many lives and, God willing, I plan to keep living them.
